A1) Plank 1 min.
A2) Squat Jumps 5 reps
A3) Push Up 10 reps
Rest 30 seconds and repeat 3x
B1) Split Squat - 10 rep each leg
B2) SL RDL - 10 reps each leg
B3) TRX Inverted Row - 10 reps
Rest 30 seconds and repeat 3x
Rope 2 x 30 seconds.
