Nutrition Seminar Thursday at 7 p.m.

This Thursday at 7 p.m. we will be presenting the "6 Principles of Nutrition." This presentation will cover basic nutrition for weight loss and fitness and provide you the opportunity to ask questions. There is no fee to attend and guests are welcome. Also, started this week will be be offering our new group class "Recovery & Regeneration" each Wednesday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 10:30 am.
