Plank 1 x 1 min.
A1) Bodyweight Squats x 12
A2) Push Ups x 12
A3) Squat Thrusts x 12
Rest 15-30 seconds and repeat 3-4 times.
Then finish up with:
B1) Leg Matrix - this consists of 24 squats, 24 lunges, 24 lunge jumps, and 24 squat jumps.
Give it a try. I guarantee it will be a hard 10 minutes!
